This is an 8 page document that has many tools you can use to better understand your emotions in your body.  Have you ever felt disconnected from your body or when asked, how are you feeling, felt that you couldn't really answer?  I know I have, and since learning about this material and applying it to my life, I have gotten better with identifying how I feel in my body.  It may be hard at first, but through repetition you can learn how to do it as well.  This document contains an emotions wheel, a document to write down your emotions (both daily and monthly), a year in pixels (to see how your emotions have changed or if there are patterns in the year), and a daily mood journal that you can fill out over and over again to really start to understand and process your emotions.
